Terms and conditions
The terms of using the register and the portals, including what a verified badge does and does not mean.
Last updated
01Membership
Membership is annual unless stated otherwise. Individual membership is held by a person and does not transfer with a change of employer. A company package is held by the organisation, and the nominated members under it hold their access through that package.
02Pricing and payment
Package pricing is set by the India Nuclear Forum and confirmed on application. Nothing is charged at registration or at booking; INF issues an invoice. A listing goes live once the invoice is settled and any verification is complete.
03Accuracy of listings
You are responsible for the accuracy of what your organisation publishes. Claims that verification cannot evidence are removed, and a listing making them may be withdrawn. A lapsed certification is shown as lapsed.
04What verification is not
A verified badge means documents were checked across the five verification areas. It is not an endorsement, a quality guarantee, a warranty of performance, or advice to contract with that organisation. Commercial due diligence remains yours.
05Acceptable use
The register is for genuine procurement and supply activity. Scraping it, reselling its contents, or sending bulk enquiries without a real requirement are grounds for suspension. So is misrepresenting who you are or who you are authorised to act for.
06Changes and cancellation
You may change package in either direction from the portal. A downgrade that would exceed the new listing limit asks which listings to unpublish. You may unpublish your listing at any time without cancelling the package, and may cancel at the end of a term.
07Liability
INF provides the register and the portal as a means of discovery. It is not party to any contract formed between members, and is not liable for the performance of an organisation found through it.
