Privacy policy

A register works by publishing things, so it matters which things. This sets out what is published, what is not, and what you can do about either.

01What this policy covers

This policy covers the India Nuclear Forum supply portal: the public register, the organisation and member portals, and the registration and enquiry flows. It explains what is collected, what is published, and what is not shared.

02Information that is published

An organisation's profile is public by design — name, type, sector, description, locations, products and services, capabilities, certifications, facilities, project references and the named enquiry contact. Publishing it is the purpose of the register, and you control visibility from the portal.

03Information that is not published

Verification documents are seen only by the verification team and are never published or shared with other members. Enquiry threads are visible only to the two parties. Billing details, payment information and sign-in records are not published. Individual members are not listed in the register at all.

04Verification of identity

Registration and sign-in verify a mobile number or email address with a one-time passcode. The number or address is used to confirm you hold it, to reach you about your account, and to deliver the passcode. It is not sold or passed to other members beyond the contact details your organisation chooses to publish.

05Enquiries and communications

An enquiry carries the sender's name, organisation and membership standing, so the recipient can judge whether to reply. Threads are retained so both parties keep the record. Accounts that send bulk enquiries without substance may be suspended.

06Your rights

You can correct your profile from the portal, unpublish a listing without cancelling your package, export the data your organisation has provided, and ask for your account to be closed. Verification records are retained where INF has an obligation to keep an audit trail.

07Contact

Questions about this policy, or a request about your data, should go to the general enquiries address on the contact page.
